1. Site purpose and legal notice

YAMABIKO EUROPE offers sales and maintenance services for Belrobotics, ECHO Robotics®, ECHO, Shindaiwa robot mowers, hedge trimmers, blowers and chainsaws.

www.echorobotics.com allows you to present the activities and services, the robotic mowers, the concept of YAMABIKO EUROPE, as well as to publish articles and news.

These Terms of Use may be updated at any time, without notice. The User is therefore advised to consult the site regularly. Updates apply as soon as they are published online.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is invalidated, the User shall be deemed to have accepted the invalidation.

If any provision of these terms of use should be declared inapplicable or invalid for any reason, such invalidity or inapplicability shall not affect the application or validity of the remaining provisions of the terms of use.

2. Use of the site

www.echorobotics.com is made available free of charge to the User for personal use, subject to the conditions defined below. Use of the site implies full acceptance of all conditions of use.

www.echorobotics.com may not be used to make speculative, false or fraudulent claims.

The User must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to contract and use this site in accordance with the Terms of Use.

3. Copyrights - intellectual property

YAMABIKO EUROPE is the owner of the intellectual property rights for all elements (photographs, logos, drawings, graphics, texts, videos etc.) but also copyrights, patents, know-how, confidential information, database rights, trademarks and designs, whether registered or not appearing on the www.echorobotics.com site.

It is therefore forbidden to reproduce, modify, transfer or exploit all or part of the site without express written authorization from YAMABIKO EUROPE.

YAMABIKO EUROPE guarantees a correct level of data protection in accordance with national and European regulations.

As a result, www.echorobotics.com uses several security systems to reasonably protect the User's personal data. However, YAMABIKO EUROPE cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties cannot access the site to use them illegally.

10. Cookies and web beacons

"Cookies" and "web beacons" may be sent to the User's computer when visiting the www.echorobotics.com website.

12. Applicable law

The Terms of Use are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Nivelles.
